Lisa Heavilin, a dedicated community leader and finance professional, hails from northern Indiana, where she attended Purdue University. It was during her time at Purdue that she met her husband, Mitch, who is currently active duty in the United States Coast Guard. After relocating across several states, Lisa and her family have called Jacksonville, NC, home for the past 10 years. 

Diana King Barnes is a remarkable individual who has made a lasting impact through her entrepreneurial ventures and unwavering commitment to her family, faith, and community. With a heart dedicated to making a positive difference, she has achieved remarkable milestones throughout her life.

Shelly is the spouse of a USMC Veteran and has been married for over 30 years. She has resided in Jacksonville, NC for over half of her life and plans to retire here. She is the proud mother to three White Oak Viking alumni and is a grandmother to 4 amazing boys. She previously worked for the Onslow County School System and loves working in a field that helps and/or teaches children. Shelly graduated from Coastal Carolina Community College and holds an Associate's in Arts Degree, with a concentration in Elementary Education.
