Community Impact Director
Shelly is the spouse of a USMC Veteran and has been married for over 30 years. She has resided in Jacksonville, NC for over half of her life and plans to retire here. She is the proud mother to three White Oak Viking alumni and is a grandmother to 4 amazing boys. She previously worked for the Onslow County School System and loves working in a field that helps and/or teaches children . Shelly graduated from Coastal Carolina Community College and holds an Associates in Arts degree with a concentration in Elementary Education.
She is excited to be a part of United Way of Onslow County, 7 years and still going strong, and loves knowing that the work United Way does impacts so many of her neighbors in need.
