CAN-DO Solutions for Stability Coordinator

The CAN-DO Coordinator assesses referred homeless individuals/families and assists them in identifying, locating and accessing community resources to alleviate their condition. The CAN-DO Coordinator works hand-in-hand with city, community, state and federal agencies and grantors to leverage funds for rapid re-housing. The CAN-DO Coordinator measures success before and throughout the period of intervention to ensure housing stability.
